Key Points Of Our Service
You may expect the same level of amazing customer service and support from Belmates as with your regular order. But these are some key differences in the order process.

Minimum Order

The minimum order will vary depending the complexity of design, materials, and production process of the the speicifc products.

The minimum for white-labeling an in-stock design is roughly 1000 pieces per order.

And for retsocking or relabling an existing design or making a custom design will be at least 3000 pieces per item.

Lead Time

The manufacturing itself can take about 3-5 weeks.

And when making custom designs, the design and comunication process will take a couple of weeks. So be sure to plan ahead when you want to get started.

Pricing

The minimum order is quite low compared to what most factories require and designs are customized only to your store. So it is not necessarily cheaper than purchasing our ready-made products under our Belmates or Idealful brands. Only when you manufacture on the same scale as ours (thounsand of pieces per batch) will you be able to end up with a lower product cost.

Exclusive

The products you designed for your brand are yours only! We won't offer the same product to anyone else. This only applies to custom designs. It does not apply when relabeling or restocking existing designs.
