Launching your own design can be super easy. You find a beauty tool you like and we relabel it with your brand name.

White Label

Our products come in unbranded tools and packaging—no logos on the ribbon or anywhere on the tools, no front logos on the package, just our Belmates, Idealful, or other registered brand markings in the product information section on the back. Simply choose a design, and we’ll customize it with your logo (placed wherever you prefer) and an over-label sticker containing your product details in your language. Fast, easy, and perfect for testing the market! Most Belmates clients begin their beauty brand journey with these trial orders.

  • Minimum order: roughly 1000 pieces per order on products in stock.
  • Lead time: roughly 2 to 3 weeks
  • Fee: you pay additional label cost (roughly US$0.05-US$0.1 per package)

Private Label

With our private label solution, we'll produce fully printed packaging in your brand's language and visual identity. Tool customization is limited to packing list adjustments (e.g., adding/removing contents) of existing designs before branding.

This service is ideal as your next growth step after establishing your brand with 1-2 orders of white-label products. It offers more customization while maintaining the reliability of proven designs.

  • Minimum order: roughly 3000 pieces per item
  • Lead time: roughly 3 to 5 weeks
  • Fee: none but new customers shall pay for sampling fees (roughly US$50-US$100) and sample shipping costs.

Process

How does relabeling work at Belmates?

Select Designs

Send us the SKUs of your preferred designs for relabeling. If possible, please include the product page link. Alternatively, you can request free samples for reference.

Relable Approval

Our team will work closely with you to clarify all relabeling specifications to meet your brand requirements and confirm exact minimum order quantities, delivery terms, prices, and production timelines.

Down Payment

We require a 30% down payment (covering both sampling fees and shipping costs) to initiate the sampling process. Production of samples will begin immediately upon payment confirmation. Please note the sampling fee is non-refundable should you choose to cancel the order after sampling begins.

Sampling

Our design team will develop custom relabeling artwork based on your specifications and refine it through revisions until you’re fully satisfied. Once you approve the final design, we’ll immediately proceed with sampling.

Sample Confirmation

We will send samples for your review and approval. Should any adjustments be needed, we will revise the design and produce new samples until they meet your complete satisfaction. Please note that additional sample iterations will incur repeat sampling and shipping fees.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing will begin immediately upon your sample approval. Typical production takes approximately 3-5 weeks, depending on order quantity. For your project's specific delivery date, please refer to the confirmed timeline provided by our sales representative.

Final Payment

We will request the final payment upon completion of production. Before shipment, we provide comprehensive quality verification through photos/videos of your order. Alternatively, you may arrange an on-site inspection. Please note that the remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipping arrangements.

Shipping

All products will be delivered to your designated location per our agreed delivery terms. We will provide complete export documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list, and any other required customs paperwork. These will be issued to you directly, with copies to your appointed freight forwarder if applicable.

After-Sales Services

Upon receipt of your order, please conduct a thorough inspection of the goods. Should you encounter any quality issues or shipping-related damages, our team will promptly resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Additionally, we provide ongoing support to help optimize your market performance and sales success.
