Color, Shape, & Size Customizaton

Functionality Enhancements

Adding a handle or strap to the puff for easier use.

Process

How to make your own design?

Design Submission

You can share inspiration for your custom beauty tools by sending us product samples, photos, or preliminary design concepts - finished designs aren't required. To simplify the process, we'll provide you with a step-by-step form that outlines all necessary details. When submitting physical product samples, you are responsible for the shipping costs.

Assessment & Quotation

We may spend several days working with you to meticulously assess your concept, during which we finalize all product details, determine minimum order quantities, production timelines, and competitive pricing. You'll receive a comprehensive quotation including a detailed Bill of Materials (BoM) with complete cost breakdowns.

Down Payment

We require a 30% down payment (covering both sampling fees and shipping costs) to initiate the sampling process. Production of samples will begin immediately upon payment confirmation. Please note the sampling fee is non-refundable should you choose to cancel the order after sampling begins.

Sampling

Our design team will create tailored artwork for your beauty tools—including both product and packaging designs, if required—based on your exact specifications. We’ll refine the designs through collaborative revisions until they meet your complete approval. Upon your final confirmation, we’ll promptly begin sampling to ensure your vision is perfectly translated into the physical product.

Sample Confirmation

We will send samples for your review and approval. Should any adjustments be needed, we will revise the design and produce new samples until they meet your complete satisfaction. Please note that additional sample iterations will incur repeat sampling and shipping fees.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing will begin immediately upon your sample approval. Typical production takes approximately 1-3 months, depending on order quantity. For your project's specific delivery date, please refer to the confirmed timeline provided by our sales representative.

Final Payment

We will request the final payment upon completion of production. Before shipment, we provide comprehensive quality verification through photos/videos of your order. Alternatively, you may arrange an on-site inspection. Please note that the remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipping arrangements.

Shipping

All products will be delivered to your designated location per our agreed delivery terms. We will provide complete export documentation, including commercial invoice, packing list, and any other required customs paperwork. These will be issued to you directly, with copies to your appointed freight forwarder if applicable.

After-Sales Services

Upon receipt of your order, please conduct a thorough inspection of the goods. Should you encounter any quality issues or shipping-related damages, our team will promptly resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Additionally, we provide ongoing support to help optimize your market performance and sales success.
