    To initiate production on custom design orders, we require a 30% deposit with the remaining balance due prior to shipment. All orders must be paid in full before delivery.

    Yes, you can order our white-label products even in small quantities. The regular stock items shown on our product page feature neutral packaging—no logo on the front, though our brand name appears on the backside information card. We offer a re-labeling service to cover our branding on the card, allowing you to sell the products under your own brand.     5Can I be your exclusive distributor in my country?

    Yes, you can become our exclusive distributor in your country—but exclusivity applies only to our branded packaged products.

    To qualify, we require distributors to meet certain conditions, including:

  • Seasonal sales targets
  • A dedicated sales, marketing & service team
  • Proper storage facilities

    • For larger markets (e.g., USA, India), we typically grant exclusivity by state or province rather than nationwide.

    6Are all products manufactured in your factory?

    Mostly yes. Since beauty tools cover many diverse categories, no single factory - even the largest - can produce everything.

    At Belmates, we:

  • Manufacture puffs completely in-house from raw materials (foams, ribbons, leathers) to finished packaged products
  • Outsource components for other tools to trusted suppliers
  • Conduct final assembly and packaging in our Guangzhou factory with strict quality control
  • Ship all products from our Guangzhou facility

    • In rare cases for large orders or urgent deadlines, we may use pre-approved manufacturing partners for partial production while maintaining our quality standards.
